At In Shape, we believe that you should be able to enjoy all of the
amenities we offer without worrying about the added cost. That's why
we are now offering the All Inclusive Membership!
Need a babysitter to watch the kids during your workout??
No problem, childcare is available at no extra charge.
Want to get a glowing tan without spending the whole day at the beach??
No problem, tanning is available at no extra charge.
Want to experience the latest fitness craze to hit the nation, Spinning??
No problem, Spinning class are available at no extra charge?
You're probably thinking that you're going to have to commit to a long-term
membership program to enjoy all of these benefits. Absolutely not! At In
Shape, our memberships are "pay-as-you-go" - you can choose to discontinue
your membership for any reason, all you need to do is give us 30 days notice.
As always, every In Shape membership includes:
- Unlimited use of gym facilities and group fitness classes.
- Fitness evaluation including dietary habit analysis.
- Re-evaluation after 30 days.
- Qualified staff on hand at all times to answer questions.

Consistent with our innovative spirit, In Shape has also introduced
