cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an
inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

SilverSneakers® I – Muscular Strength & Range of Movement - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SILVERSNEAKERS® YOGASTRETCH - A YogaStretch class moves your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures that will increase your flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation promotes stress reduction and mental clarity.

Additional Class Descriptions
Athletic Training Challenge – Bring out the athlete in you with this fast-paced cardio/ strength workout that uses a variety of exercise equipment and moves. Lots of abdominal work included. Total body workout in one class!
Power YOGA – Burns calories, improves muscle tone, increases flexibility and enhances your sense of well-being. You will feel better, look better and function better in your daily life.
Pilates – Core training for the abdominal and back muscles. Pilates also increases flexibility and overall strength. Very effective.
Spinning – Take the ride of your life indoors! Indoor cycling burns body fat, improves cardiovascular fitness, shapes and tones your legs. A workout for every fitness level because you control your speed and resistance.
Tone & Stretch plus Core – Resistance training for the major muscle groups using free weights, BodyBars, and tubing. Total body workout with a strong emphasis on developing abdominal and back strength.
