Discover new heights with Group Step™! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience.


Redefine yourself with Group Centergy™. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile.

SilverSneakers®  – Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSneakers®  – Cardio Circuit Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
 

SilverSneakers®  – YogaStretch This class moves your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures that will increase your flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation promotes stress reduction and mental clarity.

Power Yoga– Burn calories, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility and enhance your sense of well-being with this advanced yoga class.

Pilates Mat – Focus training for the abdominal and back muscles. Pilates increases flexibility and core strength.

Spinning – Take the ride of your life indoors! Indoor cycling burns body fat, improves cardiovascular fitness, plus shapes and tones your legs. A workout for every fitness level because you control your speed and resistance.

Core & More – Work all the major muscles in an hour! Efficient, effective use of your time in the gym. Using a variety of equipment such as Body Bars, tubing and dumbbells, this class will tighten and tone your body. Special focus on the core muscles and flexibility using yoga moves.
