Throughout the year, In Shape offers various fitness programs to its members.  Whether it is our long-running AM Boot Camp, a stability ball course, or sport-specific conditioning, In Shape's programming will kick your workout to the next level!

 

Boot Camp

Be the best that you can be!  This six-week program combines calisthenics, cardiovascular and resistance training into a workout you never thought you'd be able to do.  This challenging and dynamic workout offers an enjoyable change of pace from your typical workout.

Kettlebell Basics

Tired of the same old workout?  Thousands of people have experience the cardio and muscular benefits of kettlebell training!  It utilizes highly functional movements that involve full-body effort.  Lose weight, build muscle and enhance sport performance.

This three part program utilizes a combination of stability ball, bodyweight and free weight exercises to strengthen the core of the body, prevent injury, improve posture, and help alleviate back pain.

Advanced Training Techniques

You don't have to be an athlete to train like one.  Take your workouts to the next level.  This program, designed for people with at least two years of training experience, combines aerobic and anaerobic conditioning for maximal results.  Concepts and techniques covered include: supersetting, interval training, progressions, crosstraining and more.
